Lecture by Robert Hadlow: “Bridges of Clackamas County”
To celebrate the centennial of the Arch Bridge, Robert Hadlow will deliver a presentation entitled the Bridges of Clackamas County at the Museum of the Oregon Territory on Saturday, October 15 at 11am. Hadlow is an historian with the Oregon Department of Transportation and author of Elegant Arches, Soaring Spans: C.B. McCullough, Oregon’s Master Bridge Builder. Hadlow has also written entries for the Oregon Encyclopedia including topics on the Columbia River Highway, the Rogue River Bridge, and the Oregon Coast Highway. Hadlow received his Ph.D. in American History and Public History from Washington State University in 1993.
